- 1 to 5 months before arrival 50%
- 0 to 30 days before arrival 100%
- 100% in the event of late arrival or early departure
The reservation is binding upon receipt of the deposit of EUR 2,000 per apartment/week (no credit cards). On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am. In case of cancellation the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the rent must be paid in full. Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
