We, the Lürzer family, have been running our Breitlehenalm with a lot of passion and heart for decades. True to the motto: Come as a guest, leave as a friend, it is a great pleasure for us to welcome and spoil many familiar faces year after year.
In summer, our animals are allowed to graze on the lush alpine meadows, while we take care of the maintenance and management of the Breitlehengut. We can proudly claim that our beef, which we serve in our Heustadl restaurant, comes from our own breed and is of the highest quality.
Our philosophy is characterised by sustainability. We rely on renewable energy sources and operate an efficient wood chip heating system and a photovoltaic system. We also produce our own electricity from hydropower in order to protect the environment as much as possible. The Breitlehengut in Untertauern not only offers a history steeped in tradition, but also modern, sustainable agriculture characterised by passion and dedication.
There is always a lot going on around our Breitlehenalm. Here our little guests can let off steam to their heart's content in the Kinderland, the neighbouring Krallinger ski school or the popular Bobbyland.
