The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit of EUR 2,000.– per apartment/week (no credit cards). On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is forfeited. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full rent is payable. In all other respects, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.

Bank details
For payment of the hotel bill, the team at reception prefers cash, but the bill can of course also be settled by debit card, Visa and Mastercard. You will find a cash machine at the lift car park in front of the hotel.
