In our cosy Heustadl restaurant, we attach great importance to high-quality ingredients and fresh regional products. We run our farm with suckler cows and the Breitlehengut in Untertauern with great dedication and passion. We proudly source 100% of our high-quality beef for the Hotel Breitlehenalm and the Heustadl from this farm.
As our cattle enjoy the best grasses, alpine herbs and exercise around the hotel and hay barn in Obertauern throughout the summer, we can guarantee excellent meat quality. - Quality you can taste -
